She was born on April 3, 1924 in Austin, Minnesota and had been a resident of Corona, California. Charlotte is survived by her beloved children; Marcenne (Robert) Nisbett and Bill (Nancy) Bullock, 4 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and siblings; Marilyn Kruse and Arlen LeVier.
