Chance Mo'Otai Ta'Ase

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved son Chance Mo’otai Ta’ase, who left this world peacefully on January 19th, 2025 at the tender age of six weeks.
Though Chance was with us for such a short time, the love and joy he brought into our lives will forever be cherished. He was our perfect boy, filling our hearts with hope and our days with bliss, and will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Chance is survived by Brittani Serna, Setu Ta’ase, and his sister Harlow. He will be lovingly remembered by his grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and other family members, as well as dear friends.
Rest in peace, our sweet Chancey. You will forever be in our hearts until we meet again.
