Betty was a beacon of light, beloved for her infectious laugh and beautiful smile. Her kind-heartedness and generous spirit were evident in everything she did. She loved to give gifts to all her loved ones—friends, family, and even acquaintances she met briefly. In her eyes, there was no limit to kindness. She often remarked, “I can't take it with me!” reflecting her belief in sharing her blessings with others.
A dedicated mother, she leaves behind her daughters, Debra Mendoza and Amy Mendoza, and her sons, Juan Noriega and Mario Noriega. Betty's legacy continues through her loving family, including her son-in-law, Joe Mendoza, and her cherished grandchildren: Tony and his wife Rachel Mendoza, Megan Mendoza, Matthew Mendoza. She also adored her great-grandsons, Jack Mendoza and Matthew Mendoza.
The vibrant tapestry of her life will be celebrated at a memorial service at Green Hills Mortuary & Memorial Chapel in Rancho Palos Verdes, California, on August 7, 2025, at 9:00 AM. This event will honor the remarkable woman who touched so many lives and exemplified what it meant to love deeply.
