Augusto Ramon Chavez was born on September 1, 1941 to Julia and Alejandro Chavez in Lima, Peru.
And just like the spectacular setting of his native Peru, Machu Picchu, Ramon (as most affectionately called him) brought wonder to the world!
Ramon rested in peace on October 9, 2022 at his home in Carson, California. On this Sunday morning, the Lord's day, the holiest of days, Ramon left his mark on this world.
He leaves behind a legacy of love through his wife Maria of 54 years, three children Julia, Alejandro, and Gabriela, and five grandchildren Joseph, Adam, Ysabelle, Alexis, and Alejandro Jr.
"You are sad now, but I shall see you again, and your hearts will be full of joy, and that joy no one shall take from you." John 16:22
