Arthur Weddell Jr peacefully joined his Lord from his family home on February 25, 2019.
He was born in Rhode Island on October 11, 1934 and was a longtime resident of Stanton, California.
Art was an aircraft design engineer of military aircraft and worked for Northrop Aircraft for close to 30 years.
With his wife and family they owned and operated "Sandbar Sporting Dogs" kennel in the breeding, training, and showing of Brittany Spaniels and Labrador Retrievers.
His true passion was the hunting trips with his son for upland game and waterfowl. He was also a licensed falconer. He was preceded in death by his wife of 40 years, Barbara (2002), and daughter Sandra (2018).
He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law Arthur Weddell III and Robin of Chino Valley Arizona. He was laid to rest in a private service at Green Hills Cemetery in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA on Friday, March 1, 2019.
