He was born on November 7, 1946 in San Pedro, California where he had been a life long resident. Arcadio is survived by his loving siblings: Angie Pasamonte, Art Arellanes and Molly Vidor; aunts, Dolores "Lola" Cerecer and Carmen Gonzalez along with many nieces and nephews.
