Anthony Racaza

February 12, 1944 — February 18, 2022

Anthony passed away peacefully on Friday, February 18, 2022 at his daughter Adri’s residence
in Long Beach. He is survived by his mother, Dolores (Lola) Suarez; sister, Carolyn; brother,
Michael; daughters, Anissa and Adriana (Chris Sulsona); son, Anthony Jr. (Son); grandchildren:
Yolie, Tone, Max, Chazzy and Lilly. Anthony was born in Long Beach, graduated from Banning
High School, served as a medical technician in West Germany during the Vietnam War, married
Yolanda Aguirre, with whom he had 3 children. Anthony was truly a “jack of all trades,” working
as a plater for Hi-Shear Aerospace in Torrance, then, as a sales rep at Robinsons-May, U-Haul
and finally working at Pine Creek maintenance in Orange County. Anthony had a passion for
life and the outdoors: biking, running and going to the horse races; and building and restoring
things, like his home and cars. He LOVED his family and friends, and being with them,
especially his grandchildren. WE WILL REALLY MISS YOU ANTHONY!! Funeral services will
be held on Friday, March 18, at 11:30 am at Green Hills Memorial Park Chapel in Rancho Palos
Verdes, followed by burial at the cemetery.
