Angel Nick Navarro Cruz

It is with deep sorrow that we, the family of Angel Cruz announces his passing on October 19, 2025 at the age of 85, in Temecula, California surrounded by his loved ones. Born on February 6, 1940, in Manila, Philippines, he lived a full generous life defined by hard work, resilience, and unwavering devotion to his family.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Anatalia (Taling), their children Arlene, Ariel, Aldrin, Angelica (Jelly/Jek) and Abelene (Mhai), Along with their spouse Ken, Imee, Dinah , Kevin and Rommel. He also left behind seventeen grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, his sister Pat, and brother Luis—all of whom will continue to cherish his memory and the many lessons he shared through his words and actions.

Throughout his career, he found success as a sales representative in the fields of pharmaceuticals, encyclopedias, medical and life insurances. He often humbly said that he was not the smartest or the brightest person, but that he was “maabilidad”—resourceful and quick-thinking in life. His optimism, determination and work ethic inspired everyone who knew him.

Though he was never one to chase wealth, his generosity was boundless. He gave freely and selflessly, especially to his family, believing that tomorrow would take care of itself. Even in his final days, he made sure his loved ones would not have to worry about his final expenses—one last act of care from a man who always put others first.

He was deeply loved not only by his immediate family but also by his in-laws, nieces, nephews, and close dear friends who were touched by his kindness and humor.

His legacy is simple yet profound: a love of family that endures through generations. He will be sorely missed and never forgotten. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
